Learn in a classroom/lab setting in cooperation with community businesses where you will gain knowledge of lodging and food service industry basics, guest relations and quality services, reservations, work ethics, management operations, purchasing/inventory control, risk management/loss prevention, market planning, equipment safety/sanitation, meeting/banquet services.
